Nightrizz is an AI companion platform. Every companion character available on this platform — including all names, personas, images, and conversational content — is an entirely fictional, AI-generated creation. No actual human performers appear in, or were used to produce, any sexually explicit visual depiction on this platform, and none of the companion imagery depicts any real, identifiable person engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
18 U.S.C. §2257 and its associated regulations require producers of certain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct to create and maintain age and identity records for performers depicted. Because Nightrizz does not produce or distribute visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real persons, the underlying record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. §2257 do not apply to the content on this platform. This statement is provided voluntarily, in line with industry best practice and the requirements of our advertising and hosting partners.
Access to Nightrizz requires users to affirmatively confirm they are at least 18 years of age before entering the platform. Nightrizz maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that depicts, references, or could be construed as depicting a minor in any context. Any such content, if discovered, is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
