Our Commitment

Nightrizz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent provisions of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe content available on Nightrizz infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice containing:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The specific URL or location on Nightrizz where the material is located
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

Where to Send Notices

Notices can be submitted to: support@nightrizz.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We aim to review and respond to valid notices within a reasonable time, and will remove or disable access to material found to be infringing.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including your contact information, an identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringement

Nightrizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
