We use your information to provide and improve the Nightrizz service, personalize your AI companion experience, send proactive notifications (with your consent), and ensure platform safety and security.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers located in Asia (South). Chat messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Groq for AI processing, and Razorpay/Google Play for payments. Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Age Restriction

Nightrizz is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are under 18, please do not use this service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your chat messages with any third parties. Anonymous usage analytics may be shared to improve the service.

7. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for new messages and companion check-ins. You can disable these at any time from Settings → Notifications or your device settings.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or delete your account from the app settings. For data requests, contact us at support@nightrizz.app.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
