By using Nightrizz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nightrizz.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nightrizz. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
3. AI Companions
All companions on Nightrizz are AI-generated characters. They are not real people. Any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental. The app is for entertainment purposes only. Do not form unhealthy emotional dependencies on AI companions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nightrizz to harass or harm others, distribute illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system, share your account with others, or use the service if you are under 18.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. Day passes are valid for 24 hours. Weekly plans for 7 days. Monthly plans for 30 days. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Content
Nightrizz offers adult content (18+) that is fictional and AI-generated. No real people are depicted. All explicit content is behind a paywall and age gate. You must confirm your age before accessing such content.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the AI system, or are found to be under 18. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Disclaimer
Nightrizz is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any emotional distress, decisions made based on AI conversations, or technical issues that may arise.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightrizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
